At NEPWHAN, we are committed to upholding transparency, accountability, and the highest ethical standards in all our operations. We believe every stakeholder—whether internal or external—has the right and responsibility to report unethical behavior or practices that threaten the integrity of our mission.
What Is Whistleblowing?
Whistleblowing is the act of reporting misconduct, fraud, corruption, abuse of power, or other violations of law or policy within the organization. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Misuse of NEPWHAN resources or funds
- Discrimination, harassment, or abuse
- Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (SEAH)
- Conflicts of interest or unethical behavior
- Breach of organizational policies or donor guidelines
Reporting SEAH
NEPWHAN has zero tolerance for Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment. We strongly encourage everyone staff, volunteers, partners, community members, and other stakeholders to report any suspected or known incidents of SEAH. These reports are essential to protecting the dignity, rights, and safety of those we serve.
